Privacy Policy for Basic Learning
Effective Date: 01/09/2026
Basic Learning ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of our young users. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected and used in the Basic Learning mobile application, designed primarily for children aged 6 to 9 years.
1. Information Collection and Use
We strongly believe in protecting children's privacy.
No Personal Information: We do not collect, store, or ask for any personally identifiable information (PII) such as full names, email addresses, phone numbers, home addresses, or location data from our users.
2. Automatically Collected Information & Third-Party Services
To keep the app reliable, stable, and financially sustainable, we use third-party services that may automatically collect non-personal device information:
Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to serve family-friendly advertisements. AdMob may collect non-personal data, such as device identifiers and usage statistics, strictly formatted to comply with contextual advertising rules.
Crash & Performance Data: If the app crashes or experiences errors, anonymous technical data and hardware info are automatically collected to help us fix bugs and improve performance.
Note: All data collected by third-party SDKs (such as Google AdMob) is non-personal and processed strictly in accordance with Google Play’s Families Policy and Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) regulations.
3. Children's Privacy (COPPA & Families Policy Compliance)
Our app is specifically created for children aged 6 to 9.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Any advertisements displayed via Google AdMob are configured to show strictly age-appropriate, family-safe content using restricted ad categories and contextual targeting.
4. Data Retention and Security
Because we do not collect personal information, we do not store personal data on our servers. Any non-personal device and technical data collected by third-party services is secured as per their respective privacy standards.
5. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted directly on this page with an updated effective date.
